Our mission
We believe career decisions deserve more than a one-page quiz. Every student should leave secondary school with a profile they understand — strengths, interests, learning style, and the study programs that fit them — built from real, scientifically grounded assessments and tracked over years, not minutes.
Who we serve
We work with 16 international schools across Indonesia. Each school operates as an independent institution on the platform — its students, counselors, parents, and assessment configuration stay isolated, while school leadership retains full control over their data and reporting.

Pathvance combines six valid psychometric instruments — MBTI, Holland Code (RIASEC), DISC, Multiple Intelligences, Learning Style, and School Environment Adaptation — into a single, longitudinal career profile that grows with the student.
